IGT Le Terrazze del Diavolo
Its name comes from the vines position, put on terraces and exposed to West-South-West, where temperatures stay warm during the winter and reach hellish in summer.
The grape used is Malvasia Nera, recovered from an ancient vineyard We thought disappeared, and the aging takes place in terracotta pots from Impruneta.
At the first sight this wine looks like a blueberry juice, thick and deep-purple colored.
Its fruity and light taste makes this wine optimum in combination with sea food and fish.
