Shipments
All our shipments are traceable from the moment of pick up from our winery to the delivery at your door, thanks to our logistics partner.
As soon as our logistics partner has picked up your order at our winery you will receive an email with the tracking code and the contact information for customer care.
All shipments are insured, and in the case of any damage (though very unlikely), we will replace the bottles.
The shipment to the USA takes about 4/5 weeks to be delivered due to the various bureaucratic steps that make it absolutely safe and legal.
Worldwide shipments
Shipments are made to all the national territory, including islands.
Delivery takes place by express courier in 2/3 working days from shipment.
For the EU countries and the US, the price already includes all costs for customs and taxes.
For other countries outside EU an extra tax will be applied when the wine has been received.
